Immigration Physicals in South Florida
Dr. Alonso caters to the needs of South Florida’s immigrant population by offering immigration medical exam services – also known as green card medical exams or I-693 exams – designed for those in the process of applying for adjustment status / permanent residency.
Green Card Health Exam
Dr. Alonso is a government-approved U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) civil surgeon with more than 20 years of experience in providing these exams, which means he can provide the necessary service and expertise to help expedite your application. Depending on your individual requirements, this include:
- A thorough review of your medical history and immunization records
- A physical exam
- Screening tests for the required diseases, including TB
- Required vaccinations
- Completion of required forms
